Black Friday 2026 Campaign Rules
Art. 1. Campaign Organizer
1.1. The organizer of the "Black Friday 2026" campaign (hereinafter the "Campaign") is ARAFTU COUTURE S.R.L., with its registered office in Pantelimon, 44 Livezilor Street, Room 1, Ilfov County, postal code 077145, registered with the Trade Register under no. J23/1890/08.06.2015, EUID ROONRC.J2015001890235, Tax ID (CUI) RO34617940, hereinafter the "Organizer".
1.2. The Campaign is run under the ARAFTU brand, exclusively online, on the website araftu.com

1.4. Participation in the Campaign implies full acceptance of these rules (hereinafter the "Rules"), as well as of the Terms and Conditions of the araftu.ro website.
Art. 2. Duration and Area
2.1. The Campaign runs from 02.11.2026, 08:00 to 08.11.2026, 23:59 (Romanian time).
2.2. The Campaign takes place on the territory of Romania, exclusively online, on the araftu.ro website.
2.3. Orders are considered placed during the Campaign if they are completed on the website (order submitted and confirmed by e-mail) by 08.11.2026, 23:59. After this time, the discount code can no longer be used.
Art. 3. The BLACK30 Discount Code
3.1. During the Campaign, customers receive a 30% discount on all products available on araftu.ro by using the discount code BLACK30.
3.2. The discount applies to the product prices displayed on the website and does not apply to shipping costs.
3.3. All prices are expressed in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product prices, unless the website expressly states otherwise, and are displayed separately at checkout.
3.4. Stock is limited. Products are available while stocks last for each model and size. The Organizer is under no obligation to restock products that sell out during the Campaign.
Art. 4. Eligibility and Campaign Mechanics
4.1. The Campaign is open to any individual aged at least 18 or any legal entity placing an order on araftu.ro during the Campaign.
4.2. To receive the discount, the customer enters the code BLACK30 in the discount code field before completing the order. The discount is not granted retroactively for orders placed without the code or outside the Campaign period.
4.3. The BLACK30 code cannot be combined with other discount codes or vouchers. Only one discount code may be used per order, in accordance with the website's Terms and Conditions.
4.4. The code may be used multiple times during the Campaign, for separate orders. The code cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used after the Campaign ends.
4.5. An order is deemed accepted by the Organizer under the conditions set out in the website's Terms and Conditions. The Organizer may cancel orders containing unavailable products, incomplete or incorrect information, or orders indicating abusive use of the Campaign (for example, multiple orders placed for resale). If a paid order is cancelled, the amount is refunded in full.
4.6. During the Campaign, due to the high volume of orders, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.
Art. 5. Returns, Warranty and Consumer Protection
5.1. Products purchased during the Campaign are covered by the 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal, under the terms of the Return Policy and Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) no. 34/2014. Refunds are made at the price actually paid, after the BLACK30 code has been applied.
5.2. Personalized or made-to-order products, made according to the customer's specifications, are exempt from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with art. 16 letter c) of GEO no. 34/2014.
5.3. All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with GEO no. 140/2021 and the Legal Guarantee page. The price reduction does not affect the consumer's statutory rights.
5.4. For the alternative resolution of any disputes, consumers may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Art. 6. Personal Data Protection
6.1. Participants' personal data are processed by ARAFTU COUTURE S.R.L., as data controller, solely for the purpose of processing orders, invoicing, delivery and handling returns, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 190/2018.
6.2. The Campaign does not involve collecting any data beyond what is necessary to place an order. Participants may exercise their GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection and the other statutory rights) by sending a request to contact@araftu.ro.
Art. 7. Amendments to the Rules and Final Provisions
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of these Rules, the Campaign period, the participating products, the discount level and any other detail of the Campaign. Amendments take effect from the date of their publication on the website and do not affect orders already confirmed.
7.2. The latest version of the Rules will always be displayed on the araftu.ro website and is available free of charge to any interested person. The Rules may also be obtained by e-mail upon request at contact@araftu.ro.
7.3. The Organizer is not liable for the inability to place orders or apply the code for technical reasons beyond its control (for example, interruptions of internet services, payment processors or courier companies).
7.4. Any complaints regarding the Campaign may be sent to contact@araftu.ro or +40 754 073 715 and will be answered within a maximum of 30 days. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are governed by Romanian law and resolved by the competent courts.
