Return Policy

Araftu Couture aims to satisfy all its customers 100%. We know that achieving this goal is difficult, and there will be customers who wish to return the products purchased from us. We understand this and want to assist those of you who, for one reason or another, wish to return their products.

Conditions for Returns:

Products can be returned without invoking any reason, in accordance with the distance commerce law (Government Ordinance No. 34/2014). If the ordered product is not what you expected, you may return it for an exchange or a refund within 14 calendar days from the purchase date, without any penalties or the need to provide a reason. However, you must notify us about the return by emailing contact@araftu.ro.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will carefully examine it and notify you by email whether you are entitled to a replacement or a refund (if you have already paid), within a reasonable period of time.

The refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible, but in any case, within 14 days from the date we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the non-compliant product.

For defective products, we will refund the full value of the product, including the shipping costs you paid for its delivery.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction, within 3-30 days from the acceptance of the return.

MANDATORY STEPS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT:

  3. Pack the Product Properly
  4. Include the Following in the Package:

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Returned Products and Their Packaging Must Be in the Same Condition as Delivered

  • Returned products, as well as their packaging (where applicable, such as shoe/jewelry boxes or pouches), must be in the exact condition they were delivered.
  • The package must include intact product labels.
  • If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, shows signs of wear, use, washing, perfume smell, missing accessories, or missing documentation, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct an amount from the refund, which will be communicated after assessing the damage.

2. Defective or Damaged Products Upon Receipt

  • If you receive a defective product, contact Araftu Couture via email at contact@araftu.ro or by phone at 0754073715, and we will arrange for a replacement.
  • In this case, please also complete the Return Form.
  • For packages visibly damaged upon delivery by the courier, we strongly recommend refusing the package upon receipt.

3. Incorrectly Delivered Products

  • If you received the wrong product, please report this as soon as possible so we can replace it with the correct one.
  • The return process must start by completing the Return Form, ensuring that all fields are filled out.
  • All return and reshipping costs will be covered by Araftu Couture.
  • If the product does not match the specifications from our offer, you may return it for a replacement or a full refund.
  • If you choose to exchange the product for one of a higher value, you will pay the price difference. If the new product has a lower value, you will receive a partial refund.

4. Custom-Made Products (Tailored to Client Measurements) Cannot Be Returned.
